GNV Project Update from Duke Paulson, Executive Director
Dear Community,
I am pleased to inform you that the Pierce County Planning Department has approved the site development permit for the Good Neighbor Village. This approval, coupled with the ongoing fundraising efforts and the favorable court rulings, including the recent Superior Court decision, has ensured that our progress meets all contractual requirements with Pierce County for the release of the remaining funds for construction that the county has held back in reserves until we showed significant progress. We can now proceed with the development of the road, sewer, water, and all the other infrastructure for the village homes and community buildings.
I invite you to join me today for a moment of prayer and deep gratitude for the divine protection God has given us, community members like you, and the team effort that has gotten us to this point. God is so good! Thank you so much for your continued support in making the Good Neighbor Village a reality – Lives are forever changed here because of your courageous love in action!!!
