Project Overview

The Good Neighbor Village will provide 285 beautiful, single-unit forever homes to our neighbors experiencing chronic homelessness, restoring stability, dignity, and purpose within a safe, supportive, and healing community.

The village will be developed over several years, with a minimum of six years to reach full residential capacity. We aim to have 257 formerly unhoused residents living alongside dedicated staff and 28 volunteer residents (Missionals), all working together to build a strong and vibrant community. Our thoughtful use of the land will also ensure the preservation of the site’s stunning wetlands, enhancing the natural beauty and tranquility of the area.

The site plan and project overview for Good Neighbor Village

All residents will have beautiful homes they can personalize to their style, interests, and needs. The surrounding wetlands will be preserved to provide a peaceful, healing environment.

Residents will have access to on-site supportive services like health care, counseling, addiction treatment, and more. There will be gathering spaces and amenities for residents and the public alike, helping restore the community and camaraderie that is often lost when you’re on the streets for years.

We believe there is dignity in restored purpose and responsibility. Residents will be expected to pay rent, uphold community rules, and seek employment opportunities,
which will be offered onsite.
